Returns Are Eligible Based on The Following:

  • Must Be Returned Within 30 Days After Purchase Date.
  • Customer Is Required To Pay Shipping Back To Us With Return Authorization # on Package
  • If Customer Received Free Shipping, This Amount Is Deducted From Refund
  • Consumable Product Refunds Amounts Are Pro-Rated Based On Amount Used
  • 100% Used Consumable/Empty Products Do Not Qualify for Refund (read why below)
  • Non-Consumable Product Refunds Are Given Upon Receiving Product In Good Condition

Consumable Product Returns/Refund Policy:

Consumables are classified as our cleaning products, pest control products or anything that contains a set amount liquid/ingredients in the container. These items in other words are consumed when you use the product, much like a hamburger is consumed when ordering it from a restaurant.

Consumable products are usually not eligible for returns. Although, since you may be new to our company we wish to make sure the experience is enjoyable and respectful.

Unopened / In Original Condition Consumables:

  • Customers may return the product to our returns center.
  • After inspection to verify correct product and eligible condition
  • Customer is refunded back the purchase price, minus the shipping cost.

Used Condition Consumables:

  • Customer may return the product to our return center.
  • After inspection to verify amount left in product
  • Customer is refunded the pro-rate of amount remaining in product

Example of Pro-Rating The Remaining Amount of Product: A customer purchased a 32oz Bug Spray, the customer has used roughly 50% or half of the product. No problem, send back the product and the customer is eligible for up to 50% of the product upon inspection and review.

100% USED / EMPTY Consumable Products:

Empty products / Fully used consumables are in-eligible for a refund.

It is much like the following: If you order a hamburger at a restaurant, eat the entire hamburger and then ask for a refund and just give him back the wrapper the burger was packaged in. You can imagine the managers surprise of the request. You can imagine the manager asking: (like the 80’s commercial) “Where’s the beef?”

Our customers tend to be very honest people and understand that returns with no solution left in the product are not within the spirit of the guarantee and cannot be honored.

Non-Consumable Product Returns/Refund Policy:

Non-Consumables are classified as items that can be used without altering the item, except for natural deterioration over time. These items would be similar to our cleaning equipment, electronic repellers, or other non-liquid cleaners.

Unopened / In Original Condition Non-Consumables:

  • Customers may return the product to our returns center.
  • After inspection to verify correct product and eligible condition
  • Customer is refunded back the purchase price, minus the shipping cost.

Used Condition Non-Consumables:

  • Customer may return the product to our return center.
  • After inspection to verify condition of product
  • Customer is refunded back the purchase price, minus the shipping cost & 15% restocking fee.

Complimentary Sample Return/Refund Policy:

Customers who qualified for complimentary samples are not eligible for a refund on the shipping cost for the sample/product received. We offer complimentary samples in good faith to start our relationship off to a good start with you as a future customer. Unfortunately, when customers receive a complimentary sample, we cannot refund the cost of shipping as the sample was free for you to use.

What To Expect During Return / Refund Period:

  1. Customer Contacts us to let us know you wish to refund or exchange product
  2. Customer will receive a Return Authorization Number (by email or phone)
  3. Customer sends product back to our return center (customer pays shipping back)
  4. Company inspects item
  5. Company issues refund to customers payment method
  6. Company emails customer refund confirmation
  7. Customer usually see’s refund 7 to 10 business days from confirmation date
