We have a 268 Monterey SS (26 ft) and the last place we had it stored at wasn't inclosed. The boat had stains and mildew everywhere...very upsetting, I just knew we were not going to be able to get the stains and mildew out, but luckily I came across this product. The exterior wall of the house that I used this on has sheetrock sheathing with stucco on top. There are many problems with this inferior method of construction. One of them is obviously mold inside of the wall. This cleaner removed every trace of mold. I then treated the sheetrock with a mold blocker from the same seller and then encapsulated the treated sheetrock. Not even a hint of mold has returned.
